Offset Lifting Beams

Offset lifting beams, sometimes also referred to as counterweighted lifting beams, are held in our rental fleet.

We hold more than 20 offset beams in Melbourne with small lightweight beams suited for façade panels or glazing work through to offset beams with 14t WLL capacities. Offset lifting points vary across the range from 0.5m to 5.0m, the longer the offset distance the lower the WLL.

In all cases to determine the best option we will ask the customer the weight of the load, offset length requirement, capacity of the crane at that offset and any space restrictions for the tail swing of the beam (some beams are 12m in length). We can arrange transport to your site and hire of the offset beams is available Australia wide.
