Dynamic Rigging Hire provides a complete proof load testing service for all types of cranes and other associated lifting equipment across S.E Australia, with our range of verified steel weights, water load bags, calibrated load cells and experienced technicians, we have conducted load testing to cranes, hoists, davits, platforms and gangways all over Victoria, Tasmania, NSW and South Australia. Our load testing technicians have Maritime Security MSIC cards and construction white cards along with dogman tickets. Our services are available Australia-wide upon request.
Our load testing services cover three main segments:
- Land based bridge or girder cranes located in factories, pre-cast yards, heavy workshops, power stations and mines, we have successfully load tested in these environments both with steel test weights and water load bags.
- Maritime based on merchant and cruise ships/passenger ferry’s covering everything from heavy lift cranes to 200t, stores/provisions cranes, lifeboat davits, loading platforms, accommodation ladders and gangways.
- Weighing large structures to obtain transport weights and/or CoG calculations using our tension or compression load cells.
Load testing using water as weight is with our Seaflex Water Weights, Dynamic is the S.E Australian agent for the UK-manufactured Seaflex product, water-filled bags are the ideal means of weight for maritime applications as we use sea water delivered by the vessels’ fire system and in remote locations the cost to transport enough equipment to test say 150 tonne is a fraction compared to steel/concrete weights. We can mobilise everything for a 150t load test on a 5t tray truck to your site.
