Load Cells – Compression

Dynamic Rigging Hire have four compression load cell systems available for hire:

• Single 10t Delphi compression load cell 105mm x 40mm low profile mounted to 12mm base plate, cabled (9m) to simple but effective LCD display unit with 5kg resolution. Issued with a current calibration certificate and packed in a pelican case for transit.
• Single 25t Delphi compression load cell 125mm x 48mm low profile mounted to 18mm base plate, cabled (9m) to simple but effective LCD display unit with 10kg resolution. Issued with a current calibration certificate and packed in pelican case for transit.

• 4 x 50 tonne units – resolution in 10kg and each load cell is class A from 5 tonne, 10m cable with military style plugs to a junction control box that displays individual load cell readings and sum total with an inbuilt ticket printer.

All systems are issued with current NATA calibration certification, detailed user notes and shipped in secure entertainment industry type road cases. We conduct a thorough off hire inspection procedure by running each load cell through various applied force checks using our 50t workshop press to ensure accuracy.
