Yale Battery Star
Description
The Yale Battery Star is the latest advancement in hoisting equipment that utilises lithium battery power that offers a completely independent powered chain hoist free from 240v leads or air compressor hoses. We see the Yale Battery Star hoist as the perfect hoist with portable aluminium gantries or tripods and the hoist can be used in the traditional method with the motor at the top or inverted like an entertainment hoist.

- 6.0m height of lift (no option for longer chain lengths)
- Remote control

- Weight 20kg (less battery)
- Supplied with one Milwaukee M18 lithium battery & charger
- Battery duty cycle depends on load, 250kg = 145m travel or 12 full cycles of 6m up/down
- 1,000kg (full load) 55m of chain travel would be 4 full cycles of 6m up/down
It should be noted that being battery powered the intent for this hoist is a short duration of “one off” lift rather than long term use with many lifts to be performed, in this instance we would always recommend a 240v or air powered chain hoist as the best solution.
