Lattice Spreader Beam – New to the Rental Fleet

Now available for hire Australia-wide: the Maxirig 240t Lattice Spreader Beam. Purpose-built for handling bridge beams and other long loads, this spreader beam offers flexible span options up to 40 metres in 500mm increments. It retains its full 240t capacity, using 60° head slings, at any length from 3.0m to 30.0m. At its maximum 40.0m span, the beam is rated to 100t WLL.

To streamline setup, we can deliver the beam partially assembled—requiring only a single final join on site. Its modular design allows two full sections to be transported side by side on a standard trailer, and we of course can load it easily with our yard crane.

To support longer spans, we’ve added some of the longest polyester round slings available. We stock four Australian-made United Slings at 80t x 20m, joined with 75t link plates and 75t sling saver shackles. This allows us to supply 40-metre head slings with just one connection.
