Available for hire Australia wide is our new Maxirig 240t lattice spreader beam, this spreader beam is designed for bridge beams and other long loads. The spreader has full capacity of 240t (using 60◦ head slings) right through from 3.0m to 30.0m, at the fully assembled 40.0m length this spreader is rated to 100t.
We have increased our heavy lifting capacity with the addition of two matching 700t WLL lattice spreader beams from Maxirig, along with the high capacity shackles and HMPE slings to suit. These new 700t spreader beams saw their first use on the Eastern Freeway Burke to Tram Alliance product lifting 800t structural steel bridge sections beneath two of Tutt Bryant’s 800t Sany crawler cranes.
The 700t lattice spreader beams have significant capacity at length, using 60° included sling angle, the WLL is 550t@ 25.0m and can be assembled out to 40.0m.
Being some of the highest capacity spreader beams in Australia, we welcome enquiries on a national level and internationally, logistics of shipping the spreader beams and associated rigging gear to any location globally can be arranged. The spreader beams were manufactured for Dynamic Rigging Hire, we hold all the design, engineering, certification, bill of materials and safe use documentation. Bolt sets are replaced after every hire and all components of the spreader are NDT tested annually.
